DONALD FARNAN

Donald Farnan joined PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1983 and retired from PwC on July 1, 2021. During his time there, he served and led client teams ranging from two people early in his career to hundreds of team members in audit, tax, and consulting.  He served a wide range of clients in manufacturing, technology, and the financial services industries.  Most of his years at PwC were in the audit practice, and he also has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, investigations, internal control assessments, financial reporting, and consulting – serving both private and public company clients.   Some of PwC’s largest clients were my responsibility during multiyear tours in Tokyo Japan and Paris, France. He also managed their NY Metro Insurance practice, leading 20+ partners executing the Firm’s strategy to deliver high-quality services to its clients.

He has been elected to several roles for non-for-profit organizations including Treasurer and Secretary and contributed to or led significant fundraising efforts. Since late 2022, he’s served as the CFO of a private start-up company – Delta Thermal, Inc. which provides thermal imaging hardware and software to producers and users of large amounts of electricity to improve safety and efficiency of operations.
