The Annapolis Yacht Club Foundation was established in 2000 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Our mission is to provide grants to amateur sailors competing at the national and international levels. Additionally, we provide grants to maritime-related 501(c)(3) charitable and educational organizations. The Foundation also provides scholarships to underprivileged youth to participate in junior sailing events. More than $1,000,000 has been awarded since 2000 to support sailors and organizations in the mid-Chesapeake area.
