Jacie Swenson started racing at age 8 and taught sailing during her high school and college summers. She has competed and won regional and national championships in myriad one-design classes. When she's not racing, Jacie enjoys cruising the Chesapeake Bay on Madeline, the 40' Robbins that she owns with her husband, as well as skiing, hiking, running and yoga.  Jacie is a career marketing and communications executive who has led strategic initiatives, raised brand awareness and inspired global teams to deliver high value return in the corporate, nonprofit and agency environments.  Serving on the AYCF Board combines her life-long passion for sailing and desire to give back to the community with the Foundation's mission of supporting amateur athletes and providing access to the water for individuals and organizations.
