Jenny Crawford is a non-profit professional and has been the Director of Development at The Light House Homeless Prevention and Support Center in Annapolis since 2017.  She and her husband, Stephen, have two young boys, the oldest of whom started on the Annapolis Yacht Club Green Fleet Optimist Race Team in 2022.  Impressed by all her son has gained from his experience with the AYC Junior Fleet - his knowledge and sailing technique, but perhaps more importantly, those off-water skills of self-reliance and leadership - she was inspired to give back to the sailing community by joining the AYC Foundation in 2023.  As part of the Foundation, Jenny is able to lend her professional knowledge to increase opportunities for amateur athletes and novice sailors alike, and support the Chesapeake-based maritime organizations that make it all happen.   Jenny is a graduate of the College of William & Mary and holds a B.A. in English Literature.
