AYC Foundation Sailor Leo Boucher finished as the Top American in the 2024 Oceania & Australian ILCA Open & Youth Championship. Sailed out of the Adelaide Sailing Club, this event is a precursor for the ILCA Worlds to be held later this month in the same venue. Leo's goal at the Worlds is to qualify the US for the Paris 2024 Olympics in the ILCA class. His strong finish at the Nationals is a confidence builder. Leo is joined by another AYCF athlete, James Golden who is also going for the gold.
